This day is considered by racing purists as our best day of thoroughbred racing… featuring nine Group races, four at the elite Group 1 level. Transfers are organised to Flemington Racecourse, and we’ll enjoy all the race day action from our reserved seats in front of the Winning Post. Tonight you may wish to sample one of many nearby Chinatown restaurants or Greek, Italian and German options… again all within an easy stroll from our hotel.

A chance to seek out the many interesting shops in and around Bourke St Mall, marvel at the bargains along Bridge Rd`s factory outlets, or browse for an outfit amongst the many trendy boutiques of Chapel Street. This evening enjoy our Gala Cup function. Drinks, nibbles, sweeps and more. Always a highlight and eagerly awaited by everyone each year.
